The company "Giuliano Tartufi" was born out of a hobby and a passion. Every morning, before starting his shift at the factory, Giuliano Martinelli, would take a walk in the woods in search of truffles, accompanied by his faithful dog Leda.
Between 1986 and 1989 he started doing business in fresh truffles, visiting the local trade fairs around Pietralunga.
In 1994 he decided to devote himself full-time to truffles, trying out his first preserved products in his tiny workshop, and making his presence felt at all the major trade fairs, all over Italy.
In 2001, the company "Giuliano Tartufi", came into being, proof of the success of his business that continues to grow and expand.
Products
Our company is a specialist supplier of Fresh Truffles, most of which come from the network of truffle-fields in and around Pietralunga. Every day, Giuliano Martinelli personally selects and buys the best truffles from the growers.
In the hands of our staff, with 10 years experience behind them, the fresh product is transformed into a wide range of specialities, all created to delight our many highly discerning customers who share our taste for and are every bit as passionate about the mighty Truffle.
